Sharing the moment!

Covid restrictions are hurting everyone especially couples wanting friends and family around them to share in their ultra-special day.  We realise livestreaming is no substitution but a good livestream, properly done, can be an excellent alternative.

We are not wedding videographers starting out livestreaming weddings.  We streamed our first wedding 12 years ago.  Our experience has been gained broadcasting all kinds of sports including International World Championships as well as conferences, not only in Ireland and the UK but also in France, Belgium and Denmark.

So what do we offer?

      • We normally use 3/4 cameras, remotely controlled and at a height of 3m to maximise viewing angles and minimise intrusion. These cameras pan, tilt and zoom to get the best possible shot and it means we can be practically invisible.
      • The stream can be hosted by us or we can give you an embed code for a website of your choice ( we strongly recommend not using Facebook or other social media as they can detect copyrighted music and cut the broadcast)
      • It can be password protected if required.
      • It can be viewed on any device.
      • We can incorporate up to 4 live video calls of well-wishers or speakers into the broadcast. Please note, this is not Zoom as we can decide which shots go back to the online guests as well as having a “back” audio channel to talk and direct them.
      • A complete recording of the wedding in HD would be available minutes after the ceremonies.
      • Price for covering the ceremony is €480 -€580, depending on location plus €150 for covering speeches

TESTIMONIALS

WebcastIreland was recommended to me by a good friend when I was looking at having a webcast to share part of our day with loved ones abroad who couldn’t make it due to restrictions. We are beyond thrilled with our wedding webcasting. Wilson was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and always so responsive. He is absolutely the kind of person you want around on your big day and you didn’t notice his equipment on the day. We got so many compliments on it compared to other webcasts people experience. It is a lovely keepsake as well to have.
Thank you again Wilson!!!

Wilson is a true professional in every sense of the word. He live streamed my wedding in the middle of lockdown which allowed us to share our ceremony with all our friends and relatives who could not be with us across Ireland and the rest of the world. The entire service was so seamless, you wouldn’t have even known he was there. The video and sound was extremely high quality. I could not recommend him enough. Absolutely stellar 5 star service.

Wilson provided an excellent service to us in August 2021 when we decided to live stream on wedding ceremony for family and friends who could not join us. He was so easy to work with and always replied to any queries promptly. His set up in the church was very professional yet discreet. We were so happy with the quality of the stream and we got a digital recording to keep for evermore! Thank you so much!

Thanks a million for your live streaming of our recent Wedding.  Given the restriction on numbers, we had some very special people who were unable to join us.  Your streaming service ensured all our nearest and dearest could enjoy the ceremony from their home.  We received a number of compliments from guests who watched the Wedding, they all agreed the quality was excellent, and felt like they were in the Church with us.  Wilson was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and nothing was ever an issue.  We would highly recommend Wilson and the Webcast Ireland team!

“We had an American & Irish wedding in rural County Monaghan, and getting married during Covid-19 meant that most of our family and friends, both in Ireland and beyond, could not make it over for the celebration. However, with Wilson’s live-stream of our wedding going out across the globe, friends and family in different time zones throughout the world could still take part–either in live time, or later in the day with the video on re-run. He was 100% professional, made a site visit in the days before the ceremony to ensure good connectivity, and recorded the entire morning from start to finish. Viewers were even able to send in well-wishes that streamed in a live feed, making the day even more special. It is a video that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. The quality was perfect and streaming seamless. We would highly recommend Wilson’s service to anyone wanting a professional live-stream of their wedding.

We can’t thank Wilson and his team enough. It was a seamless process and Webcast Ireland looked after everything. It made our day that extra bit special. Would highly recommend.

We had our wedding July 2021 and the fact that it was limited capacity due to Covid restrictions we reached out to Wilson to air our live streaming.  To say the least, communication all through prior and after the ceremony was smooth and professional.  The live streaming connection was clear and our family and friends were able to join us from Kenya. The speeches took longer than expected and the patience portrayed by Wilson was exceptional. The climax of it all was that we were able to watch the recording of our wedding the following day how the day went while we were waiting for the full video that came only after few days . Would highly recommend Wilson.

Wilson and the team at Webcast Ireland were professional and very easy to work with. He listened to what we needed and was able to do the set up that worked best for us. Because of COVID, we had a micro wedding, and so family and friends were not able to attend so it was really important to us that they could join us remotely. Wilson set up cameras at different angles so our family and friends could be a part of the entrance, ceremony and celebrations. We had so many compliments from everyone about the quality of the sound and picture.  It was also wonderful that we had the ability to speak to people after the ceremony on a live feed; it made us feel connected. The video was also available on line for a time afterwards which was great for people in other time zones to be able to watch it after the event. I can highly recommend Wilson and the team for your live streaming needs. They have been in the business for many years and know all the tips and tricks! They were very professional and easy to work with, and offer a high quality product.

Many thanks to you, Wilson and your team, for doing a wonderful job livestreaming  our wedding from the Hill of Tara.  As the ceremony was held in a very small room, only a very limited number of our immediate family were able to share in our most special day.  We don’t just have family and friends living in Ireland but there is a big family diaspora for both Paul and myself.   It was especially gratifying  that a very special friend living in Birmingham who was unwell was able to feel that she was present.  We have watched the recording many times and the deep feeling of contentment and happiness of the day is rekindled.

Dear Wilson and team,
We wanted to send a note to say a huge thank you to you and your team!! The live stream of our wedding was a huge success, it meant a lot to my two grandmothers to be able to watch the wedding ceremony from Germany. We are really grateful for your help and professionalism both in the preparation and during the mass. It all worked out perfectly, and everyone was impressed with the quality of the live stream. We will definitely recommend you to other couples in the future!
With thanks,
Mr. and Mrs. Bechtold

“Wilson and co recently streamed Victoria and Kieran’s wedding. Great thought and attention was put into the live streaming and as unobtrusive was our main request you would not have known they were there. Family in Yorkshire, Dublin, Wales, Spain & Japan all enjoyed this wonderful occasion as it happened. I would not hesitate to recommend WebcastIreland.com for anybody holding an event where they would like to share with people who cannot attend. After event service brilliant also. Thanks Wilson”   Alan Walker, Father of the Bride (Live streamed from St. Nicholas’ Church, Shop St. Galway)

Hi Wilson,

We can’t thank you enough for creating the live stream of our daughter’s wedding for her 90 year old grandfather (my father) to watch! You did a beautiful job! There were several others that watched from the USA and were thrilled! You gave us such confidence and peace that all would go well when you performed the test live video weeks before the event! We appreciated your capability to have multiple cameras. You did a brilliant job selecting the best views from the wedding.   You were so punctual and professional; you did a superb job! We highly recommend your five star services!

We thank you again so much!
